Classic Blouse w/ Pencil Skirt

I love a classic/vintage look./ What's more classic than polka dots and a pencil skirt? (Not to mention the victory rolls in my hair!)

 

 

Blouse : $12 WalMart (link is to a similar shirt...the one I have is no longer for sale.)

Skirt: $11 Forever21 (similar here for $12.)

Shoes: $10 (clearance) Alloy (kind of similar here)

Total: $33
