Pants: $0 Hand-me-down from sis, cut-off. (Original here at Alloy for $30.)

Shoes: $5 Goodwill (Similar here for $30 and here for $32.)

Total: $8

 

Added a denim jacket in the evening. Jacket was $3 (half off sale) at Goodwill.
